How do I ship the car parts to Kenneth Michaels Coachtrim?
We offer 2 types of service:

Option 1 - You ship your car parts to us. If you choose this option, please take the time to disassemble all parts as thoroughly as possible. Do NOT include any electronics, such as wires, HVAC control boards, lighter assemblies, etc. We cannot be held responsible for any electronics that are returned in
non-working condition.

Ensure all parts are wrapped securely to avoid any damage during transport. Bubble wrap is ideal for this. Avoid using newspaper or similar materials, as the thin paper can stick to the parts and is hard to remove. For shipping, we strongly recommend UPS. We don't recommend USPS.

Option 2 - You schedule a visit to drop off your car for full
 disassembly and assembly your car.
My car part is damaged, what should I do?
We do repairs for minor damage as part of our regular services, based on our assessment. If the damage is more than minor, we'll get in touch with you to discuss your options for repair or replacement before proceeding. Please note that significant repairs may involve extra charges for labor.
