By placing or accepting any order, the Buyer fully and unconditionally agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

If you choose, just to send the car parts for refinishing service, please ensure all parts are fully disassembled before sending them to us for refinishing. Additional fees will apply if parts are not fully disassembled before being sent for refinishing. Please ensure all parts are completely disassembled and all electronics are removed prior to shipping. If disassembly is required, Kenneth Michaels Coachtrim is not responsible for any issues that may arise, including malfunctioning parts, sticking buttons, non-working electronics, or broken tabs and clips.

Please securely package your parts before shipping them for refinishing, and consider insuring your shipment. Kenneth Michaels Coachtrim is not responsible for lost or damaged parts during transit. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any damage to electronic components, as we have no way to verify their condition upon arrival. If you are unsure about what to send, please contact us in advance.

The Buyer is responsible for paying any applicable sales, use, personal property, excise, or other taxes associated with the purchase of goods or services. If the Buyer qualifies for a tax exemption, they must provide the Seller with the necessary documentation at the time of purchase.

All orders will be shipped only to United States.

Shipping is prepaid and charged on account.

We only use UPS.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. A credit card convenience fee of 3.99% will be applied to all transactions.

We don't accept checks.

The processing time for refinishing services depends on the order size and our current workload. Once we receive the parts, we will provide an estimated turnaround time. Please note that all processing times are approximate.

For refinishing services, we will inspect your parts upon arrival, verify the inventory, and provide an order acknowledgment with pricing. If any parts are found to be damaged, we will inform you and present repair or replacement options, along with the associated costs, before moving forward.

For refinishing services, the Seller is not liable for any damage to the Buyer’s parts sent for refinishing. Due to the age and brittleness of many plastic components, there is an inherent risk of breakage during handling and cleaning. While Kenneth Michaels Coachtrim takes the utmost care, delicate features such as tabs and thin sections are especially vulnerable. We will do everything possible to prevent damage; however, if a part breaks, we will attempt to repair it. If repair is not feasible, the part will be returned to you unfinished at no cost. Additionally, we will assist in finding a replacement part whenever possible.
